Marketing Video/Demonstration
By Vicki Lehman
This video would be used for marketing as well as the demonstration piece.
First, kudos to the two of you for knocking this out! You did a great job! I also found the discussion posts to be invaluable! Going back to challenge your thinking, reflect on the opinions of others, and sometimes challenging those opinions was one of the things I valued most. I like the process of your program with the sessions, application, and follow up. I am want to work with adults that teach youth and help them be the best they can be for youth as well as make sure they do not get burned out. We need to retain educators! Keeping educators happy, refreshed, trained, renewed etc. allows them to give their best to the youth and the program. This is important and spoke to me! Thank you both!
ReplyDeleteI am so happy to hear that this was helpful information! And thank you so much for the kudos - it was tricky but we did it!!
DeleteGreat team work! I can see how this program can benefit those in the director/management roles in early childhood care settings.
ReplyDeleteNice explanation and rationale for your program. Specifically the purpose and objectives were very clear and were evident throughout your program. The different methods of integrating topics of experimental learning were very clear throughout your program. Awesome teamwork! Good job!
ReplyDeleteTashika and Vicki, you all did a great job capturing meeting the objectives of this assignment. I appreciated the best practices related to team work, communication and learning the technology required to succeed in this course. The meaningful experiences from the class and "enjoying the ride" statement provide a context for future students. The marketing piece was done well. It explained the value of the program. It explained the importance of developing professionals in the field of early child hood. Finally, it explained what would be learned, how it would be learned and what is needed to implement the program. I believe this is an effective program. Excellent job.
